Illuminate Wellspring

Sacramento, CA November 24, 2020 - Wellspring Women's Center is traditionally a place of community celebration during the Holidays. The inside of the building is filled with women and children engaging in an array of Holiday activities including crafts, cookie decorating, musical performances, and a visit from Santa. This year, with the risk of COVID-19, there is no safe way to gather inside. However, the outside of our historic building (the former Fire Station No 6) will be festively lit up to symbolize the seasonal spirit of hope and love.

The community is invited to safely drive by 3414 4th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95817 from December 2nd through January 3rd. Further, for the first four Wednesdays in December, Wellspring will host an evening (6 pm-8 pm) drive-by donation drop-off (wish list). Santa Claus will be outside waving to passersby on December 9th and December 23rd. On December 16th, between 4 pm and 5 pm, the Sacramento Fire Department plans to stop by (barring emergencies) with a donation. Wellspring wishes everyone a safe and Happy Holiday Season.
